Hera And Zeus

Having not played any new board games for quite some time my friend and I decided to buy a few new games from Infinity Games as they seemed very reasonably priced. One of the games we purchased was Hera & Zeus.

This is an excellent 2-player card game.

Each player becomes either Hera or Zeus as they have one of their (many) mythological, marital feuds. Each deity is trying to reclaim their "minion" who has been abducted by their wife/husband.

The cards include a vast array of mythological figures – Hydra, Harpy, Medusa, Sirens etc. They are used to attack the other players’ cards and attempt to eliminate all opponents’ creatures ... or re-capture their ‘minion’.

It has great re-play value – I played four games in a row the first night I had the game and have played the game regularly since.

I highly recommend this for play with your wife/girlfriend or your most competitive mate.
